Current guests have the first opportunity to rebook their week for the following year, and we’ll contact our waitlist before any cancelled or released weeks are offered publicly.

Weekly rates include cleaning, linens, towels, and Corolla Light Resort User Fees for up to 12 guests.
There are NO additional fees – just the 12.75% occupancy tax and
a refundable security deposit ($500 for new guests, $250 for returning).
