Weekly rates include cleaning, linens, towels, and Corolla Light Resort User Fees for up to 12 guests.
There are NO additional fees – just the 12.75% occupancy tax and
a refundable security deposit ($500 for new guests, $250 for returning).

If the week you prefer isn’t available—or is already booked—join our waitlist. Current guests have the first opportunity to rebook their week for the following year. If they pass or we have a cancellation, we’ll text you before the week is released to the public. Simply email us the week(s) you’re interested in and the best number to text, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Booking Details
Reserving Your Week
Save the Date Deposit: A refundable deposit of $500 for new guests or $250 for returning guests reserves your week and begins the reservation process. Once we receive your deposit, we’ll prepare and send your Vacation Rental Agreement (lease) for review and signature.
Security Deposit Policy: Your Save the Date Deposit becomes your refundable Security Deposit once your Vacation Rental Agreement is signed and your reservation is confirmed. Security Deposits are refunded within 14 days of departure, provided no damage has occurred. We understand mishaps happen, but if something does come up, please let us know right away so we can take care of it before the next guests arrive.
Early Check-in Option: Standard check-in is 4:00 PM on Sundays. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire when making your reservation. Please note that early check-in is for the home only. The pool and hot tub may not be ready until 4:00 PM due to the pool vendor’s schedule.
Schedule of Payments
Deposit: Due within 72 hours to reserve your week and begin the reservation process.
Second Payment: Due January 15 (or within 10 days of receiving your Vacation Rental Agreement for reservations made after January 15). Payment is 50% of the rental rate, excluding occupancy tax.
Final Payment: The remaining balance, plus the 12.75% occupancy tax, is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Reservations made within 45 days of arrival: Your deposit and remaining balance are due within 7 days of receiving your Vacation Rental Agreement.

We do not accept credit cards due to processing fees.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 180 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of all payments made, less a $250 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the deposit. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance IS NOT INCLUDED in your reservation.
We are not authorized to sell travel insurance, but we strongly recommend purchasing coverage to protect your vacation investment. While hurricane season is typically more active in September and October, unexpected events can happen at any time, and travel insurance can provide valuable peace of mind.
