For the 2021 season we’re thrilled to be joining a growing trend of homeowners choosing to self-manage their vacation homes now making Happy Daze available by booking directly through us. We’ve decided to self-manage our home so we can provide you, our guests, with the best possible vacation experience!
Why should you rent direct? Simply stated: personalized service and interactions, plus accountability – if something is not as a guest expected, they can let us know without a middleman! Below is our contact information and you may call, text, or email us anytime. By renting directly we eliminate phone trees, long hold times, and days waiting for email replies you may have experienced in the past with rental houses managed by property management companies. We’re here for you, all the time, because we want our guests to have the best, most relaxing, carefree vacation possible! To make this happen we’ve assembled a dedicated crew of fabulous “helpers” who will be keeping Happy Daze in tip-top shape!

As many may know, Happy Daze is not a rental house, it is our dream home in which all three of us have poured our hearts and souls into, plus some sweat & tears! Because we want guests to feel comfortable, safe, and at home during your stay, our rates include high quality linens (think fun prints, not rental white!), upgraded soft towels, professional COVID compliant cleaning, and Corolla Light Resort user fees for 14 guests, all included at no additional fees!
Renting direct means savings for everyone, and eliminating the additional fees property management companies require means more money will stay in your pockets, plus we’ll be able to continue the updates and enhancements Happy Daze has become known for!
Speaking of updates – New for 2021 we’re creating the Happy Daze Hangout – a fun area under the house where you can relax and hang out with your family and friends. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram accounts to learn more as this cool new space comes to fruition!
