Weekly rates include cleaning, linens, towels, and Corolla Light Resort User Fees for up to 12 guests. Guests only need to add 12.75% tax, and a refundable security deposit ($500 for new guests, $250 for returning).
If a week you’re interested in is not currently available (not listed above), we’re happy to place you on the waitlist for 2024 or 2025. If current guests cancel, or do not rebook their same week for next summer, we move to the waitlist and you’ll have a chance to reserve the week you’d like before it hits the market! If youโd like to get on the waitlist for a week email us the week you’re interested in and your phone number and we’ll get you added!
